Outlook says "Disconnected"

Are you connected to a verizon jetpack?  
    if yes, follow the directions below
    if no, please let us know that you are not connected to a jetpack

1. Be connected to the jetpack
2. Go to http://my.jetpack
   3. Go to Jetpack Settings
3. you will need the admin password – it SHOULD be the same as the wifi password
4. Go to Advanced
5. Click Continue
6. Go to LAN
7. Turn off Enable IPv6
8. Save Changes
9. It will reboot the jetpack
10. Click OK on your computer screen
    11. It SHOULD reconnect automatically, if not go ahead and reconnect to the jetpack
