How to create an email template
1. Click New Email
2. Write out your email. Then click File.
3. Click Save As
4a. Give your template a name.
4b. Change the Save As Type to Outlook Template.
4c. Choose where you want to save it.
5. I chose to put the template on my desktop. So, when I need to send out this same email, I can double click on the icon and type who it needs to go to and make changes (if there are any) then click send.
