Why would you want to remove a box folder?
When you are done with a job and you no longer need access to a folder, you can choose to remove it.
This does NOT delete the folder for everyone. This only removes the folder from your account. Also,
if down the road, you end up needing access to that folder again. No problem! It can be added back to
your account.
1. Open Chrome, Sign into Okta (if necessary), click on Box
2. Hover over the folder you no longer need access to
3. To the right, there will be the word Share or Shared. To the right of the word Share, there will be a little box with 3 dots in the middle. Click the box with the 3 dots.
4. Click Remove Folder
