How to add a network printer

Print server names in each office. If your office isn't listed, click the support button in the bottom right of this page. 

• Wichita: wichitadc
• Tulsa: tulsadc
• K.C.: kcdc
• Arkansas: ark-dc
• Columbus: colprint

1. Click start button, type \\servername in the search or task box. (Put in the server name of the office you're in where it says 'servername')
2.  Pick the printer from the list of printers available on that server.
3. Right Click on the printer and choose connect or just double click it.
   1. Choose 'install driver' if prompted.
4. Verify that it works by printing a test page.
   1. Click start button, type devices in the search or task box.
   2. You'll see Devices and Printers -click it.
   3. Find the printer just installed, right-click on it and go to "Printing Properties". 
   4. click "Print Test Page".
