Troubleshooting Email on mobile device

1. Fix 1
   1. Setting, accounts & passwords
   2. Click on 'Crossland', then click on your email address. 
   3. Retype your password.
2. Fix 2
   1. Verify you have Crossland Mobile Management installed correctly (JAMF)
   2. Settings, general, scroll to the bottom and look for "mobile management"
   3. IF there is no setting called "mobile management" then you do not have it installed
      1. open safari: https://crossland.jamfcloud.com/enroll
      2. follow the directions
   4. If there is a setting present, open it and verify BOTH MDM Profile Crossland Construction AND CA certificate Crossland Construction are present. If one is missing, refer to step three
3. If problem persists further still: Click the blue 'Support' button in the bottom right of the page and file a ticket for IT.
